Purpose and characteristics
捏合機(jī)可捏合各種粘度的 BMC CMC，亦可用于化工、塑料、橡膠、油墨、碳素。與物料接觸部件
均用不銹鋼或碳鋼制成，能確保制品的純度和質(zhì)量。該機(jī)采用“Z”型雙槳攪拌，能使物料迅速反應(yīng)，
均勻混合。該系列產(chǎn)品分普通型、壓力型、真空型三大類(lèi)，有電和蒸汽兩種加熱方式和水冷卻可供選
擇。出料方式有液壓翻缸傾倒式、手動(dòng)傾倒式、球閥出料式及螺桿擠出式等。
The machine adopts "Z" type double impeller mixing, which can make
the material react quickly and mix evenly. This series of products can be
divided into three types: ordinary type, pressure type and vacuum type.
There are two heating modes of electricity and steam and water cooling.
There are hydraulic cylinder dumping, manual dumping, ball valve
discharging and screw extrusion.
Kneader can knead BMC CMC of various viscosities, and can also be
used in chemical industry, plastics, rubber, ink and carbon. Parts in
contact with materials are made of stainless steel or carbon steel, which
can ensure the purity and quality of products
